Clean-up Schedule (we need 4 people for each duty plus last day)
You will need to fulfill your cleaning duty 6 times during the 08-09 school year. If you are unable to fulfill your obligation on the date assigned, YOU will be responsible to trade with someone else or find a replacement. : )
NUMBER 1-SET-UP & BREAK-DOWN: We have added a set-up and break-down helper for Lisa. It is a big responsibility for us to leave things as we found them. If you have this duty you will need to be here by 9:00 to help get things ready and then stay after helping put things back in order. This can be the same person for the day or two different people. It would be nice to have a couple of people consistently throughout the year so Lisa does not have to train someone every week. The end of the day consists of putting things back in the places we took them from. Ex: white boards, TV’s and such.

Also, please return the step stools to the storage room each week. Having an older son on campus will make this job easier. Feel free to ask them to help in the men's bathroom, but realize you will need to check their finished product.

Thanks for continuing to "cooperate" in our co-operative. When we all pitch in like this, it should be easier for everyone. If there is a legitimate reason that you or one of your older children is completely unable to do your assigned task, please let me know and we will try to find a job that is a better fit for you. If you are a teacher in the lunchroom after lunch please make sure all eraser gunk is cleared away and put into the trash.
