Christian Home Educators of the Mt. Pleasant, Texas Area

CHEMPA is a Christian organization founded on the following truths.  We believe in: 

• One God, eternally existent in three persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit;
• God the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth;
• The Deity of our Lord, Jesus Christ, God's only Son;
• Christ's vicarious death on the cross, through which we receive forgiveness of sins;
• His resurrection from the dead in which we are assured the promise of eternal life;
• The presence and power of the Holy Spirit of God in the work of regeneration; and
• The Bible is the inerrant inspired word of God

Those of differing faiths are not excluded from participation in our group. However, this group intends to be a Christ-centered organization, doing all things in a manner that honors Biblical principles and brings glory to the name of Jesus. Members are expected to act in accordance with this intention.  Officers must profess Christ as Savior and must sign the Statement of Faith.
