The CHEMPA Board will stop processing applications on May 1st for the current school year.

If you've send in your application after May 1st, your paperwork will be held until August when we resume processing applications.

New Family Registration Forms will be held until one or both parents have attended a CHEMPA New Family Orientation Meeting. A CHEMPA board member will contact you with details.

Online Registration

After filling out and submitting your online registration you will be given the option to pay via PayPal. A $1 convenience fee will be added to all PayPal payments. As always you can mail your payment to our address below or give it to any CHEMPA board member.

After October 15, 2018 all RETURNING families must pay a $5 late fee.

Every family must pay dues and complete this membership form at the beginning of every new school year.

​In order to receive an annual membership directory, this form must be submitted with dues payment by the deadline set by the current CHEMPA Board of Directors. The information submitted on this form will be included in a membership directory, as well as an internet email group available only to CHEMPA members. The Loop is a private e-mail loop whereby members communicate opportunities, items of interest, and activity changes between newsletters. When your membership form is processed, you will be added to the Loop. Please check your spam folders to ensure your welcome email wasn't mistaken as spam.
